Continuous temperature gauging
|
|
| FOR CONTINUOUS TEMPERATURE GAUGING the Complex has different modifications of contact, contactless and Light-Guide thermometric systems, which are equipped with universal single-, two-and multi-channel Secondary Measuring Converters (SMC) with a built-in digital temperature indicator, Digital Printing Devices (DPD)or Measuring Registering Devices (MRD), and Remote Digital Displays(RDD). The interfaces RS232 and RS485 are used for computer temperature registration. These systems, according to theirapplication conditions, are equipped with appropriate Primary Pyrometric Converters (PPC), optical course devices, cooling jackets and Light-Guide Units (LGU), protecting armature, Thermoelectric Thermometers (TT), and provide continuous contact, contactless or Light-Guide temperature gauging of alloys, molten metals, gases and other objects. The Light-Guide systems are the first ones of their kind in the world, which provide continuous temperature gauging of molten metals, including high-temperature melts directly in metallurgical aggregates. They can also be used for temperature gauging of salt and ceramic melts, gaseous atmosphere and lining, for thermal level control of liquid and dry high-temperature substances, metal liquid-solid boundary, lining sickness and other technological parameters.Multi-channel systems have the calibration channel with a thermoelectrical thermometer for short-time immersing periodical temperature measuring, designed for determination and application of the temperature correction coefficient directly on controlled objects in industrial conditions. Depending on the system modification, temperature correction coefficient can be determined by special methods and programs and entered manually or automatically. |
